By accessing or using SevaApply ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
SevaApply is an AI-powered information platform that helps users understand Indian government schemes, eligibility criteria, and application processes. The Platform retrieves, parses, and summarises information from publicly available official government documents and portals. SevaApply is not a government entity and does not process or submit applications on behalf of users.
3. No Government Affiliation
SevaApply is an independent technology product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any government department, ministry, or agency. All information provided is compiled from publicly available sources and should be verified on official government portals before taking action.
4. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information by monitoring official government portals daily, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information presented. Government rules, fees, eligibility criteria, and processes change frequently. Users should always verify information on the relevant official portal before submitting applications or making decisions.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform beyond normal use; (c) upload malicious files or content; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security; (f) use automated tools to access the Platform beyond the provided API, if any.
7. Document Uploads
When you upload documents for validation or scanning, they are processed in-memory for the sole purpose of checking for common errors. Uploaded files are not stored permanently on our servers. By uploading a document, you confirm that you have the right to share it and understand that the scan result is advisory only — it does not constitute legal or official verification.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, code, logos, and branding are the property of SevaApply and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Government information displayed is sourced from public documents and belongs to the respective government bodies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
9. Usage Limits & Subscriptions
Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. Paid subscriptions ("Pro" or "Enterprise") unlock higher or unlimited usage. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are detailed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SevaApply and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to rejected applications, missed deadlines, incorrect information, or any decision made based on the Platform's output.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or use the Platform in a manner that could harm other users or the Platform itself. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
